Meredith Haring has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Meredith began their career as a Store Manager at Follett Higher Education Group, where they managed day-to-day operations of three different locations, mentored and coached associates, and was responsible for vendor management, customer relations, budget creation and achievement. In 2011, they moved to TJ Maxx as an Assistant Store Manager. In 2013, they joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as an Associate Manager. In 2015, they became General Manager at Calico Corners - Calico Home, where they applied project management tenants to manage custom product production, managed work flow of contractors, created project management tools, implemented roll out of new project management tools company wide, reduced risk through process improvement, and established accounts receivable and accounts payable controls. In 2017, they moved to Hudson & Crane as Studio Director. In 2018, they became Owner & Chief Contributor at Always Have Thyme. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as an Account Manager II at MeetingPlay.

Meredith Haring attended Mercyhurst University from 2002 to 2004, studying History. Meredith then attended The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2008, also studying History. In 2017, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Project Management at Colorado State University.
