Jessica Faust is a seasoned professional in customer success and event technology, currently serving as the Customer Success Lead for Compliance and Analytics at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. since March 2021. With a decade of experience at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Jessica has held various positions, including Associate Director and Sr. Manager of Attendee Experience, while also receiving the Highest Impact Award in 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Client Happiness Manager at Pathable, Inc., and earlier positions in real estate and online consulting.
