Shana Schwarz possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and event management. Currently serving as a Manager at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. since August 2016, Shana has held various leadership roles, focusing on team development, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes managing a range of fundraising events at Free to Breathe and serving as Catering Sales Manager at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club, where Shana honed skills in client relations and event planning. Shana began a professional career as an Event Coordinator at Capella University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Minnesota.
