Wieteke Lemmen has been working in the events industry since 2010. Wieteke began their career as an Owner & Freelance Event Manager at WietWeetWaarheen.nl. In 2012, they joined De Nederlandsche Bank / Dutch Central Bank as a Facility Management Department, Conference Services a.i. In 2014, they worked as an Event Assistance (holiday cover) at Mconomy, an Assistentie Organisatie Sheet Metal Event 2015 at Mikrocentrum, a Logistics Coordinator for IWC2014 Rotterdam Participation at Fonterra, and an Event Coordinator a.i. Fugro Offshore Survey Innovation Fair at Fugro. In 2015, they were a Sales en Event Project Management and Project Management (freelance) at Famous Flavours, a Coordinator Event Logistics for Espghan 2015 Stand at Fonterra, and an Organisator en Mede Initiatiefnemer at Locatietour. In 2018, they became a Global Event Manager and Event Manager at Meetingselect.

Wieteke Lemmen attended Dominicus College from 1987 to 1993, and then went on to pursue a Bachelor in Hotel Management at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. No additional certifications were obtained.
