Romina Farías has a diverse range of work experience in the field of social media and digital marketing. Romina started their career as a Pasante de Contenido at Plop Contenido in 2012, followed by a role as a Community Manager Junior at Ekipao Comunicación Creativa in 2013. Romina then worked as a Senior Community Manager at La Web Mercadeo Interactivo from April 2014 to October 2014, where they were responsible for content strategy and creation.

In 2014, Romina joined Dmfusion as a Senior Community Manager, where their responsibilities included content curation, social media management, and client communication. Romina worked with various brands such as Budweiser Panamá, Corona Panamá, Lindt Colombia, Saxo Bank LATAM, Sala de Inversión, and Stella Artois Colombia.

From October 2016 to August 2019, Romina worked as a Project Manager Digital at be singular, leading digital projects and coordinating teams for web services, social media, and paid media. Romina also prepared proposals for clients as a leader in the agency.

In 2019, Romina started working as a Project Manager/Digital Strategist & Freelance Photographer at Autónomo. Romina'srole involved coordinating projects, creating digital media strategies, and managing brands as a Community Manager. Additionally, they worked as a freelance photographer, specializing in portrait photography and capturing backstage content for fashion brands.

Romina's most recent role was at The Juju, where they started as a Social Media Strategist in September 2021. Romina later also took on the role of Content Manager. Romina'sresponsibilities included strategic planning of social media campaigns, content creation for digital platforms, and analyzing campaign results for brands such as Naranja X, Piero, Clever, Coppel México, Cabify Argentina, and OpenBank Argentina.

Currently, Romina is working as the Head of Social Media at Super since December 2022.

Romina Farías completed their education at Universidad 'Santa María' from 2007 to 2013, earning a degree in Comunicación Audiovisual. Romina obtained additional certifications from LinkedIn in various subjects, including Aprende SCRUM in April 2020, Creatividad con un café in January 2020, and Cómo construir tu propio conjunto de tecnologías de marketing in January 2020. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
