Umme Tameem Qazi

Umme Tameem Qazi is a seasoned professional in IT governance and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Unit Head of IT Governance at Meezan Bank Limited since September 2014. With expertise as a PMP and COBIT5 Implementer, Umme has led the Project Management Office (PMO) and been instrumental in coordinating project activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring transparency among teams and senior leadership. Prior experience includes establishing the PMO at Bank Al Habib Limited and managing offshore technology projects at Kolachi Advanced Technologies. A graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences with a Master's in Computer Science, along with a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University, Umme has a solid foundation in technical and managerial fields, further supported by various earlier roles in software quality assurance and development.
