Ilakiya Rajaguru

Ilakiya Rajaguru currently serves as a Sales and Sustainability Co-Op at Hanon Systems, beginning in May 2024, and previously held a Sales Intern position in Global Commercial. Since September 2022, Ilakiya has been a Project Manager and DEI Chair at MEG Consulting and completed a Business Intelligence Internship at Henry Ford Health from September 2023 to May 2024. Additional experience includes an Ambassador role at Noodles & Company from October 2021 to April 2022 and a Summer Research Internship at Wayne State University School of Medicine in June to August 2021. Ilakiya is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, expected to graduate in June 2026, after earning a high school diploma from North Farmington High School in 2022.
