Deon Flynn

Deon Flynn is a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at MEG Energy Corp. since September 2023, and has held the position of Senior Learning Advisor at Suncor Energy since September 2013. Deon holds a Graduate Certificate in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership from The University of British Columbia, completed in May 2023, and an Advanced Coaching Diploma in Athletics from the Canadian Sport Institute, earned in July 2020. Additionally, Deon has pursued various educational experiences at St. Francis Xavier University and Keyano College, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in May 1997. Deon is professionally certified as an Accredited Coach Developer (ACD), High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership (HPCTL) coach, and is a Chartered Professional Coach (ChPC).
