Erik Alson has over 30 years of work experience in the oil and energy industry. Erik'smost recent position was as Vice President of Marketing at MEG Energy Corp. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at 281 Norte. Erik also held leadership roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Andeavor, Tesoro, BP, ARCO / BP, and ARCO Products Co. Erik'sroles included Head of M&A Integration, Head of New Business Integration, Head of Supply & Optimization, Chief Commercial Officer / Head of Supply, Chief Process Officer & Business Improvement Director, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Senior Strategy Advisor, Production Planning & Commercial Optimization Manager, and Area Operations Manager. Erik's experience demonstrates their expertise in various aspects of the energy industry, including marketing, integration, supply chain, and operational management.

Erik Alson completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine between the years 1986 and 1990. After that, they pursued an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business from 2005 to 2007.
