Aaron Hickey

Aaron Hickey-Taylor is a skilled software engineer currently employed at MEG in the field of healthcare quality management software since July 2023. Previously, Aaron held the position of associate consultant at Microsoft from March 2021 to June 2023 and worked as a professional services engineer at Metaswitch Networks from January 2017 to February 2021. Initial experience includes roles as a lab demonstrator and tutor at Maynooth University, where support was provided to students in software verification and computer science modules. Additionally, early internships at SixMinute, Screen Grafix Printing, and Piranha Bar contributed to a well-rounded skill set. Aaron holds a degree in Computational Thinking and Computer Science from Maynooth University and has further education from Belfast Metropolitan College in telecommunications.
