Ugo Laverdiere is a seasoned design professional with over 19 years of experience in graphic design and creative management. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Designer and Senior Creative Manager at MEGA Brands since November 2011, Ugo excels in leading innovative projects through design thinking and mentoring teams. Previous roles at MEGA Brands include Staff Designer, Creative Manager, and Packaging Supervisor across various divisions, where Ugo established strategic and creative direction, developed brand identities, and collaborated closely with directors and licensors. Earlier experience includes positions at MOMENTUM Distribution Inc. and Aird Sport Design, where Ugo took on leadership roles and managed significant design projects. Ugo holds a degree in Industrial Design from Créapôle in Paris.
