Mihaela Tews has extensive experience in coordination and administrative roles, currently serving as a Seminarekoordination-/betreuung and in Seminarkoordination und Reisemanagement at MEGA eG since January 2016. Prior to this, Mihaela worked as a Service Coordinator at INTERSCHALT maritime systems GmbH and held various positions including Team Assistant at PASSAT Kreuzfahrten and Assistent Operation / Inspektion at Passsat Kreuzfahrten GmbH. Early career experience includes a Front Office role at Hotel Majestic Resort Mamaia during summer 2011 and Assistant Crew Manager at MTC Crewing Agency Romania from April 2006 to October 2010. Mihaela Tews holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy of Commerce, Tourismus, and Services from the University of Economical Sciences in Constanta, Romania, and completed German language courses, attaining B2 Niveau in 2013.
