From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Popkin Software. Lorne then joined EMS in 2004 as a Consultant. In 2006, they became the Head of Consulting UK at MEGA International, where they worked until 2017. During their tenure at MEGA International, they also held the positions of Managing Director & VP, Northern Europe and Managing Director UK, VP Customer Success. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Presales Consultant at Casewise. Overall, Lorne has a strong background in software engineering, consulting, and management.
