Sébastien Rey

Sébastien REY's work experience begins in 2001 at MAPICS where they served as the Contracts Administration Manager for four years. In 2005, they joined MEGA International as the Group General Counsel and held this role until 2017. Later, in 2018, Sébastien took on multiple roles at MEGA International, including Vice President & Managing Director for Latin American & Spain Operations, Managing Director for MEGA Brasil, and Managing Director for MEGA Latin America.

Sébastien REY has a diverse education background. Sébastien holds a Master of Law degree in Business Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Sébastien also has a Juris Doctor degree in Business and Tax Law from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. In addition, they have completed a 2-year School degree in Italian and Italian civilization from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, and a Bachelor's degree in Law, Economy, Business Administration English/Spanish from the same institution. Sébastien is admitted to practice law in France as a member in good standing of the in-house counsel association, as well as in Massachusetts, USA, as recognized by the Board of Bar Overseers. Sébastien is also admitted to practice law in Mexico as a member in good standing of the Mexican bar. Sébastien has obtained additional certifications in Business Law from Conservatoire national des arts et métiers, and in Droit des Sociétés from Université Numérique Paris Ile-de-France, Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne.
