“Mega Life Insurance” OJSC was established in 2019. Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic issued a license to Mega Life on 19.02.2021, which gives the right to write life insurance business.
Company was included to register of insurers-participants of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau on 09.03.2021. On 26.05.2021, Mega Life was included to the list of authorized insurers for mortgage lending of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan.
The authorized capital of Mega Life is 11 000 000 AZN and 100% shareholder is Mega Insurance Company.

- Endowment Life Insurance

“Meqa Həyat Sığorta” ASC 2019-cu ildə dövlət qeydiyyatına alınmışdır.
19.02.2021-ci il tarixində Azərbaycan Respublikası Mərkəzi Bankı tərəfindən “Meqa Həyat Sığorta”-ya həyat sığortası üzrə sığorta fəaliyyəti göstərməyə icazə verən lisenziya verilmişdir.
Şirkət 09.03.2021-ci il tarixində İcbari Sığorta Bürosunun iştirakçı sığortaçıları reyestrinə daxil edilmişdir
26.05.2021-ci il tarixində “Meqa Həyat Sığorta” ASC Azərbaycan Respublikası İpoteka və Kredit Zəmanət Fondunun ipoteka kreditləşməsi üzrə müvəkkil sığortaçılar siyahısına daxil edilmişdir.
“Meqa Həyat Sığorta”-nın nizamnamə kapitalı 11 000 000 manat təşkil edir və şirkətin təsisçisi 100% payla “Meqa Sığorta” ASC-dir.
