POSITION SUMMARY:
• Responsible for assisting the Manager of Strategic Partnerships in helping the Sales Department in operating the sales systems effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists in being a resource for sales systems usage including, but not limited to DAT RFP Tool, Smart Capacity, Trucking and Compliance, HeroConnect.
• Assists with documenting new processes, workflows and/or SOPs for internal mode/division expansions including but not limited to Drayage, Intermodal and Expedited.
• Assists with ticketing beginning phases and documenting enhancement requests.
• Assists with UAT planning for systems implementation, providing UAT test Scripts for new IT enhancements or expansion efforts, and documenting tester feedback for manager to review.
• Maintains the Company’s professional reputation and performs other job related duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (in school or completed)
