Joel Ernst

Joel Ernst has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Joel is currently working at MegaCorp Logistics as the Infrastructure and Security Manager, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Cloud Engineer at the same company from November 2021 to May 2022. From April 2018 to November 2021, Joel worked as a Systems Engineer at MegaCorp Logistics. Before joining MegaCorp Logistics, they were an IT Technical Analyst at CompuCom from June 2013 to April 2018. Joel started their career as a Helpdesk Technician at the University of Cincinnati in October 2011 and worked there until May 2013.

Joel Ernst obtained their Associate's degree in PC Support & Administration from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College between 2010 and 2013. In August 2022, they attained the certification of Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate from Microsoft.
