Kaleb MacKey

Kaleb Mackey has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Kaleb started their career in 2017 as a Package Handler at UPS, where they developed strong time management skills and handled a large volume of packages. Kaleb also volunteered to assist with driver-delivery help. In 2017, Kaleb joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate, where they gained knowledge in multiple departments and excelled in providing customer service. Kaleb later took on additional responsibilities, such as delivery and assembly, to support the team during busy periods. In 2019, Kaleb worked as a Ride Sharing driver for Uber, providing excellent customer service and earning high ratings. During this time, they completed over 400 rides, gaining valuable experience in customer satisfaction and building rapport with strangers. From 2019 to 2021, Kaleb served as an Associate Sales Representative at United Bank, where they handled various banking transactions, including deposits and loan payments. Kaleb also gained knowledge in government-related processes, such as stimulus checks and payroll protection loans. In 2021, Kaleb joined PNC as a Universal Banker, where they worked until September of the same year. Currently, they are employed as an Account Manager at MegaCorp Logistics.
