Michael Hickey began their work experience in 2014 at MegaCorp Logistics as a Carrier Coordinator. In this role, they negotiated loads with trucking companies, updated the database with trucking companies' contact information, and made check calls to drivers/dispatchers to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Michael later transitioned to the role of Account Manager at MegaCorp Logistics in 2017, where they currently work.
Michael Hickey received their Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies with a concentration in Global Sustainability and Development from North Carolina State University from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they pursued further education at Tilburg University and obtained another Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies.
