Fabian Rivero

Fabian Rivero, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Lawyer in the Corporate Department at Posadas, Posadas & Vecino, where they drafted contracts, articles, and minutes, and handled commercial litigation. Fabian then joined Guyer & Regules in 2008 as a Lawyer in the Corporate and Banking Department, focusing on complex legal, accounting, and tax matters, performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and drafting various agreements. In 2010, they became an In-House Counsel at Corporación América, working on airport concessions, windmill constructions, and advising on the issuance of corporate bonds. From 2013, Fabian held multiple roles at MegaLabs, including being an Executive Board Member for MegaLabs Group and serving as the COO and Business Unit Manager for Nutrition and Medical Devices for LATAM, where they doubled sales in the first year and tripled nutritional products sales in two years. Currently, as the CEO of MegaLabs North America, Fabian leads a team of 70+ professionals and is responsible for the company's four business units and over 15 brands, representing the sale of more than 1.5M individualized products annually.

Fabian Rivero, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de la República in 2007. Fabian then pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Law (Derecho de la Empresa) from Universidad de Montevideo, which they completed in 2012. In 2015, they attended Fordham University School of Law and obtained a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance. Later, in 2019, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios. Additionally, they attended Juan 23 from 1997 to 1999, but no degree or field of study was specified for that period.
