Rolando Garcia is an experienced media professional with a strong background in video production and technical direction. Currently serving as the Director of Video Production at Polarlight Productions since August 2018, Rolando is responsible for developing creative treatments, proposals, and scripts while consulting with professionals on effective strategies for maximizing return on investments.
