Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has served as the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously held the roles of Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
