Alyssa Romero

Alyssa Romero currently serves as the Senior Manager of Demand and Supply Chain Planning at MegaMex Foods since January 2020 and has also held the position of Product and Project Manager. Prior to MegaMex Foods, Alyssa was the Operations Manager at Pacific Flexible Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations. Alyssa's career at Pak West/PacFlex spanned from April 2012 to January 2020, during which roles included Project Management Supervisor, Marketing Coordinator, and Sales, focusing on managing high-profile accounts and coordinating marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes working as a Medical Biller at Keith & Company and as a Sports Statistician at Point Loma Nazarene University, along with an internship at San Diego Waves Baseball.
