Michele Adelaar, CISA, CISM, CCSFP, CHQP, PCI-QSA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michele started their career as a Business Analyst at IBM Corporation, where they supervised commission payments and planned and executed marketing events. Michele then moved on to work at e-Strategia Consulting Group as an Administrative and Technical Operations Manager, where they managed teams, designed LAN/WAN systems, and implemented technical configurations. After that, Michele worked at Alliancesphere as a Program Manager and Office Manager, where they designed and maintained processes, conducted reviews, managed projects, and implemented Salesforce solutions. Currently, they are working as a Security Consultant at MegaplanIT Holdings, LLC, where they complete compliance assessments, manages security services deployments, and handles compliance efforts for enterprise clients. Throughout their career, Michele has demonstrated exceptional organizational, customer service, and communication skills.

Michele Adelaar, CISA, CISM, CCSFP, CHQP, PCI-QSA, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Psychology, and Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they also earned their Associate of Arts in Business Management from the same institution, attending from 2005 to 2007. Michele's educational background has provided their with a strong foundation in both business management and human services.

In addition to their academic achievements, Michele holds several important certifications in the field of information security and technology. Michele obtained their Certified HITRUST Quality Professional (CHQP) certification from HITRUST in February 2021, as well as the Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) certification from the same institution. Michele is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) through ISACA, having obtained their certification in July 2020. In October 2019, they became a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), also through ISACA. Furthermore, Michele acquired the title of Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) from the PCI Security Standards Council in January 2020.
