Steve Latham

Steve Latham is a seasoned Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Since January 2016, Steve has served at Megatel Homes, overseeing the closing of communities and the opening of new ones. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Construction Superintendent at First Texas Homes from December 2013 to January 2016 and at KB Home from May 2001 to April 2005, where responsibilities similarly focused on community development and model construction.
