James Berlingeri

James Berlingeri is an experienced construction professional specializing in electrical installations, with a strong background in both domestic and international projects. Currently serving as Superintendent at D. Webber Consulting, Inc. and Megawatt Electrical since April 2022, James has led significant projects such as a Data Center installation in Taiwan. Previous roles include Electrical Superintendent at Tumlinson Electric, LLC, and RQ Construction, LLC, where James managed military and commercial construction initiatives. James's experience extends to electrical superintendency at Skanska and senior management at Walker Engineering. With a career beginning in 2012, James also holds a diverse educational background from the Community College of Allegheny County, IBEW Local Union 520 in Austin, Texas, and South Fayette High School.
