Jamie D. Farmer

Jamie Farmer, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Compliance Specialist at Trumbull Industries since April 2024 and previously as a Human Resources Business Partner at Meggitt since October 2021, Jamie has also held positions such as Human Resources Generalist at Sharon Tube and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Arconic. Jamie's career began in safety and personnel at Leaseway Auto Carriers, growing through various HR capacities at RTI International Metals. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Kent State University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Office Management from Kent State University at Trumbull.
