Umamaheswara Reddy

Umamaheswara Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the infrastructure and oil exploration sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Drillmec International Ltd since January 2022, Umamaheswara leads manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance operations for land and workover rigs. Prior to this role, Umamaheswara held various executive positions at Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Project Management, overseeing project management as a business unit head. Additionally, Umamaheswara spent over two decades at the Water Resources Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh as an Associate Vice President and Engineer, focusing on irrigation project planning and construction. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering-Geotechnical from University College of Engineering, Osmania University, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Vasavi College of Engineering.
