Vijay Uplenchwar

Vijay Uplenchwar is a seasoned professional in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Vice President and International Business Head at Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited since April 2011. In this role, Uplenchwar is responsible for business development and managing large global infrastructure projects, including water supply schemes, irrigation, power generation, and oil and gas piping. Prior to this, Uplenchwar held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Associate Vice President at Kirloskar Brothers Limited, leading marketing and business development efforts in the irrigation sector from November 1995 to March 2011. Uplenchwar began a career in engineering as a coordinator for design and engineering at Krupp Industry from December 1991 to October 1993. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amaravati University and a Global Leadership degree from Carnegie University in Pittsburgh, USA.
