Courtney Tobin is an experienced professional in specification sales, currently working at Meglio and Associates since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles in specification sales at Lighting Associates from August 2016 to October 2020 and Rafferty Lighting Group from July 2014 to August 2016. Courtney began the career with internship positions as a Lighting Designer at Envision Lighting Design and as a Lighting Consultant at Southfork Lighting in 2013. Earlier experience includes working as a teller at Montgomery Bank from May 2012 to January 2013. Courtney earned a degree from Southeast Missouri State University from 2010 to 2014 and graduated from Nerinx Hall High School in 2010.

Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00am - 5:00pm Our sales efforts are directed through Lighting , Specialty and Full Line Electrical Distributors. Over thirty years in business have produced strong and mutually supporting relationships with the key distributors in every segment of our market. We have promoted several of our principal's product lines to dominant positions in these markets. During the past twelve years we have experienced significant growth in the industrial equipment and automation segments of our market. The Meglio sales force is vigorously promoting the products that we represent in this market by establishing the demand for these products on the plant floor and with the plant engineers and specifying engineers. Where special types of distribution channels are required, we are aggressively developing the relationships necessary to increase market share. Meglio's product offerings allow us to provide our industrial and commercial customers with multiple energy solutions in lighting and energy monitoring. Through consultative selling techniques and energy audits, we identify opportunities for our energy oriented products. We are currently participating in several major lighting upgrade programs, several of which are nationwide. Meglio and Associates is a member of the National Electrical Manufacturers Representative Association (NEMRA). Meglio currently employs eleven Outside Sales Representatives with Electrical Industry sales careers averaging twenty-three years. These sales people are capably supported by eight inside Customer Service Personnel who also have electrical experience ranging from one to twenty years. We operate sales offices in St. Louis, Missouri; Kansas City, Missouri and; Springfield, Illinois. We also utilize a St. Louis warehouse in support of our principals.
