Joel Cruz

Joel Cruz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joel started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Dirección General de Pasaportes, where they provided technical support to end-users and identified recurring issues. Joel then joined J&S Co. as a Project Manager, where they built connections with manufacturers and improved staff effectiveness. At INABIE, Joel worked as a Web Designer, creating designs for the institutional website. Later, they became a Creative Designer at CodeCampSDQ, contributing to technical conferences and educating IT professionals. Joel also worked as a Creative Director at Megsoft Consulting, Inc., where they supervised creative projects and applied strategies. Currently, they hold the role of Creative Director at Caribbean Developers Conference, responsible for developing event agendas.

Joel Cruz's education history begins with their attendance at Colegio Loyola from 1988 to 1990, where they completed their elementary education. Joel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, graduating in 2008. Additionally, Joel also obtained an Engineer's degree in the same field of study from Colegio Veritas during the same period.
