Dr. Mario Amschlinger currently serves as CEO of Mehler Systems since January 2025 and has been the Geschäftsführer/Managing Director of Mehler Vario System GmbH since May 2020. Prior to these roles, Amschlinger was Geschäftsführer/CFO at Diehl Metal Applications GmbH and Diehl Advanced Mobility GmbH from March 2019 to April 2020, overseeing the business unit's commercial aspects. Amschlinger held the position of General Manager/CFO at Diehl Aviation Hungary Kft. from August 2014 to February 2019, focusing on company growth and development in Hungary, and led key functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT. Amschlinger worked at Diehl Group as Deputy Head of Corporate Controlling between September 2011 and July 2014, managing group reporting and project management for a new Management Information System. Previous experience includes various leadership positions in Controlling at Bosch from March 2008 to July 2011. Amschlinger completed a PhD in the Production & Supply-Chain Department at Universität Hohenheim, where education also included a Dipl. Oec. degree focused on Controlling, Marketing, Production, and Logistics.
