Handels GmbH. From March 2016 to February 2021, Norbert was the Direktor Supply Chain Management at Rudolf Dankwardt GmbH, overseeing up to 300 employees as part of the management team. Norbert's career at Henkel spanned over three decades, with positions including Produktionsmanager and regional leadership roles in the MENA region, focusing on the production and packaging of new cosmetic products. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Technischer Betriebswirt and Chemotechniker from Fachschule für Metalltechnik and Chemie.
