Vivek Sharma has over 17 years of experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as Sr. Executive Production at Mehsana District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Limited since September 2006, where responsibilities include SAP implementation and overseeing the production process. Previously, positions included Production Executive, managing a Lease Unit for fresh milk and milk product supply in Delhi & NCR, and Asst Executive Production. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Officer at Mahaan Proteins Ltd, focusing on casein production, and completing in-plant training at SCHREIBER DYNAMIX DAIRIES LIMITED and Amrit Food. Vivek Sharma holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.Tech. in Dairy Technology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences (SHUATS).
