Matthew Shane Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Their most recent role is as a Project Manager at MEI Rigging & Crating since April 2021. Before their tenure at EWI Worldwide, Matthew worked at Sparks for eight years as a Sr. Production Manager. In this role, they managed multiple projects across different states simultaneously, meeting project deadlines and expectations. Matthew Shane led a diverse team to achieve goals and maintained quality standards. Matthew Shane also identified opportunities for improvement in scheduling, resulting in a reduction in project delays.

At Mystic Scenic Studios, Inc., Matthew was a Production Manager and was responsible for managing the $6.5 million Millennial Project Upgrade to the EPCOT Center for Walt Disney World. Matthew Shane partnered with the Imagineering Division to meet brand requirements and Disney compliance standards while managing subcontractors and vendors.

Matthew's career also includes a role as a Production Manager at Stagecraft, where they managed multi-million-dollar projects in themed environments, concerts, and tradeshows. Matthew Shane launched a manufacturing production facility in Nashville, TN and performed the roles of both Project Manager and Production Manager.

Matthew's early career began in the US Army as a 67U Medium Helicopter Repairman from 1980 to 1984.
