Khalid Abdullah

Khalid Abdullah is a Senior Manager at Meijburg & Co, specializing in VAT, excise, trade, customs, sustainability, and related consumption tax law since June 2019. Additionally, Khalid serves as a Lecturer and Tutor at Universiteit Maastricht, teaching European Value Added Tax, Customs Law, and International Supply Chain Taxation, and as a Teacher for customs courses at the Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB). In the editorial role of Editor Douane Update for Fiscaal up to Date, Khalid contributes to a Dutch trade journal focused on customs and trade. Previous experience includes consulting at Mazars and serving as a Tax Officer at the Ministerie van Financiën. Khalid holds an LL.M. in Tax Law with a specialization in Indirect Tax from Tilburg University and has additional qualifications in Indirect Tax Assurance and European Value Added Tax from TIAS School for Business and Society and Maastricht University, respectively.
