Angela Pizarro Sanz

Angela Pizarro Sanz holds extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Drug Safety Officer and Deputy QPPV at Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing drug safety and pharmacovigilance processes. Prior roles include providing scientific information for the NGO Información Sin Fronteras, and serving at FIPSE and e-ducatio Salud to enhance scientific information accessibility for healthcare professionals. With a career spanning over three decades, Angela has held key positions in scientific documentation and information management at Grünenthal Pharma S.A., Farmacia Mª Luisa Basoco, and other organizations. Angela began an academic career as an Associate Professor of Pharmacy at Universidad de Alcalá, following completion of a Degree in Pharmacy and a Certificate on Pedagogical Aptitude from the same institution.
