Kathy Roadarmel

Kathy Roadarmel has extensive experience in human resources, with roles in various companies. Kathy is currently the Human Resources Director at MEIKO, responsible for all HR functions for MEIKO US. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at SVP Worldwide, where they were responsible for HR operations in North America, Europe, China, and Brazil. Kathy has also worked as an Area HR Manager at Republic Services Inc, Senior Benefits Consultant at Boone, Brandon, Johnston & Evans, Vice President of Human Resources at Delek US Holdings, and Human Resources Manager at Clopay Plastic Products. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Gaylord Entertainment for over 15 years. Kathy also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at Elite Global Recruiting.

Kathy Roadarmel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
