Steve Grahs has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Steve began their career as a Pro Shop assistant at Pebble Creek Golf Club in 1980. Steve then served in the US Navy as a Hull Technician 2nd Class, performing tasks such as welding and plumbing, and being a part of the firefighting unit. After their time in the Navy, they worked as a Solid Surface Corian Fabricator at ATWOOD & THOMPSON, INC., where they also performed sales duties. Steve then joined Auto-Chlor System, starting as a Route Salesman and later becoming a Branch Supervisor, ensuring service standards were met and assisting with problem-solving. Their final role at Auto-Chlor System was as a Branch Manager from 2002 to 2014. Finally, they joined MEIKO USA as the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Central US in 2014. In this role, they managed sales activities in a large geography covering the upper Midwest and Great Lakes region.

Steve Grahs attended Grand Rapids Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an AA degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Southwestern Community College District, but did not earn a degree.
