Andrew Salerno

Andrew Salerno is a Telephony & Integration Engineer at Meilleurtaux since November 2022, specializing in the design, deployment, and optimization of the cloud telephony platform integrated with Salesforce through Open CTI, ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience. In addition to current responsibilities, Andrew has held various roles including IT Support Officer at Extendo, and Web Developer at both R2C-Cabinet and Groupe Hospitalier du Havre. Previous experience includes a role as an IT Maintenance Technician at BIOMESNIL MEDICAL, and as a Biomedical Technician. Andrew has a background in information systems design and programming, obtained from Scholar Fab, along with a BTS in digital systems from Lycée Jules Siegfried, and a DUT in computer science from IUT Le Havre.
