Damien Basselier

Damien Basselier serves as Group CPTO at Meilleurtaux since December 2023 and is currently involved in advisory transition management with FlyingCTO. Previously, Basselier was Group CIO at Europcar Mobility Group from September 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a €150m IT budget and leading a 700-person team, while driving digital transformation and management initiatives during the COVID crisis. Prior to Europcar, Basselier held the position of Group CIO at Smartbox Group from June 2014 to September 2019, contributing to significant growth and digital strategy implementation. An extensive background in IT leadership includes roles at inmac wstore, BOL.fr, Vivendi, and Cap Gemini, with a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems from Ecole nationale supérieure d’agronomie.
