Christian Schmidt

Christian Schmidt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christian started their career as a Student Assistant at Academic Work Germany GmbH, where they worked in Human Resources Consulting. In 2016, they joined Richard Consulting GmbH as a Working Student in Strategy Consulting, focusing on the Media Industry and Private Equity.

In 2017, Christian interned at BearingPoint GmbH, gaining experience in Management Consulting, specifically in Financial Services and Digital Strategy. Christian also worked as a Student Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting, focusing on non-profit consulting.

Christian then interned at EY Innovalue Management Advisors GmbH in 2018, specializing in Strategy Consulting for Financial Services and Payments. In 2019, they worked as an Intern at Katapult Accelerator, a startup accelerator, before joining Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant.

In 2020, Christian transitioned to MeinAlarm24 GmbH where they initially worked as a Business Development Manager before becoming the Head of Product. Christian was responsible for product development and marketing. In 2022, they also took on the role of Head of Product and Marketing.

Looking to the future, Christian will be joining Leato in 2023 as a Product Coach, further enhancing their expertise in product development and coaching.

Christian Schmidt completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Psychology at Hochschule Fresenius from 2014 to 2017. Christian then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management at the University of Mannheim from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they participated in an exchange semester at BI Norwegian Business School in 2019, focusing on Strategic Management. Christian also obtained several certifications during their education, including the OLS Language Assessment from erasmus+ ols in November 2018, the Professional Learning Indicator in May 2018, the Language Certificate from Universität Mannheim in October 2017, and the GMAT in May 2017.
