David A. Rubinstein

David A. Rubinstein, PhD, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development at MeiraGTx, a clinical stage gene therapy company, since January 2021. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Business Development at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, where strategy and business development efforts supported Regeneron’s Genetic Medicine and Oncology pipeline, including a significant partnership with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Earlier experience includes a role as Pipeline and Portfolio Planning MBA Intern at Genentech and Technology Transfer Officer at YEDA R&D, along with a background as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Adkit and an Intelligence Officer in Israeli Military Intelligence. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
