Meissner
Kristin Howell has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Kristin started their career in 1997 as a Portfolio Manager at The John Collins Company. In 1998, they joined Burnham Real Estate as a Property Manager. In 2000, they joined Meissner Commercial Real Estate Services as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Over the years, they have held various roles at Meissner, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President / Director of Business Development. Kristin has been with Meissner since 2000 and continues to contribute to the company's success.
Kristin Howell, RPA, FMA began their education by obtaining an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Bakersfield College. Kristin attended from 1992 to 1994.
Kristin then pursued further education and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from California State University, Bakersfield from 1994 to 1997.
In addition to their academic degrees, Kristin Howell has acquired certifications in the field of Facilities Management. Kristin obtained their FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) certification from BOMI International in May 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their RPA (Real Property Administrator) certification from the same institution in November 2007.
