Denis Dufresne

Denis Dufresne is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law. Since March 2016, Denis has served as a Partner at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP. Prior to this role, Denis owned Lombardo Dufresne LLP from April 2006 to February 2016, and held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Kadmon Corporation LLC from March 2011 to June 2015. Earlier in the career, Denis was Counsel at Kaye Scholer LLP from 1998 to 2006. Denis earned a Juris Doctor degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from St. John's University School of Law between 1993 and 1995, and holds a degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, completed from 1985 to 1989, following a regents diploma from Glens Falls High School.
