Jason Ser

Jason Ser is a Partner at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP since April 2022, previously serving as a Trial Attorney at the Federal Defenders of New York from February 2013 to April 2022, representing indigent clients facing a wide array of federal charges. Prior to that, from August 1999 to February 2013, Jason held the position of Supervisory Attorney and Trial Team Leader at the Federal Defenders of San Diego, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of trial attorneys and managing complex cases from appointment to appeal. Jason's extensive experience encompasses trials for various federal crimes, successful defenses, and appellate arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Academic credentials include a JD from Cardozo School of Law (1998) and a BA in Political Science/English from Tufts University (1995).
