Dan Geva is a partner at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, Israel's leading international law firm, where since 1995, extensive experience has been gained in advising Israeli and international corporations on complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate finance matters. Additionally, Dan Geva has advised emerging growth companies throughout their development stages and represented issuers and investment banks in various financing matters, including initial public offerings registered with the US SEC. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Amdocs from 2003 to 2005, and Corporate Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 1991 to 1995. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tel Aviv University.
