Gal Yadin has extensive work experience in finance and capital markets. Gal started their career in 1992 as a Team Leader in the Technology Division of the Intelligence Corps in the Israel Defense Forces. Gal then worked at the Israeli Ministry of Justice in the Division of Finance & Taxation before joining The Israel Motors Company as CFO, where they focused on operational and financial management. In 2002, they became a Senior Consultant at KPMG Corporate Finance. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Investment Banker at Lehman Brothers, where they specialized in structuring complex M&A and financing transactions. Gal then joined Barclays Investment Bank as a Director/Vice President, where they served as a lead banker for structuring and product development. In 2015, they joined EY as a Partner, Head of Finance & Capital Markets. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Global Finance Activities at Meitav Dash.

Gal Yadin attended Tel Aviv University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a LLB / BA degree with magna cum laude honors in Law and Accounting. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an MBA (with honors) at The Wharton School, focusing on Business and Finance. Gal Yadin also holds additional certifications in the fields of law (Lawyer) and finance (CPA, Series 7, 63), although specific institutions and the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
