Nicolette Tay is a seasoned professional in artist management and consultancy, currently serving as the Founder of UNRVLD since January 2024 and as an Entertainment Partnerships Consultant at Meitu Inc. since March 2024. Responsible for managing artists such as Jean Seizure, Estelle Fly, and Regina Song, Tay has a proven track record in coordinating high-profile engagements like Laneway Festival and the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix, significantly increasing revenue for artists under management. Additional experience includes roles at The Orchard and Believe, where Tay led client and artist services and handled commercial negotiations, respectively. Tay's background also encompasses project management and innovation at JustCo and contributions to major festivals, establishing a strong presence in the music and entertainment industry throughout Southeast Asia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from RMIT University.
