Xue Yang

Xue YANG is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in deep-tech and semiconductor sectors. Currently serving as the Deep-tech Investment Managing Director at Meituan since September 2021, Xue YANG focuses on strategic investments in AI, robotics, and autonomous driving. Previously, Xue YANG held the position of Investment Director at SMIC from April 2018 to September 2021, specializing in private equity and venture capital within the semiconductor and deep-tech domains. Early in the career, Xue YANG worked at Ericsson as a Digital ASIC Designer and at Switchcore as a Digital ASIC Engineer. Xue YANG holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and a Master of Engineering in System on Chip from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
